Damon’s face :’(

You’re all I got.

• Looks-wise? They both look good. But let’s all admit, Damon’s hotter. But maybe that’s just because Stefan looks like a……good boy compared with Damon’s bad boy, couldn’t-care-less-about-the-world looks. So, yeah. Looks-wise? Damon definitely. 
• Personality? Both of them are caring towards the people they love and would do just about anything to make sure they’re safe but they use very different methods to protect them. Before his ripper days happened again, Stefan was a thinker and deep inside, he still is. He will think about stuff first and analyze the consequences beforehand and he makes sure that no innocent dies. He will make carefully thought about plans and makes sure it works out properly before diving into doing it right away. Whereas Damon is a doer. He thinks about stuff alright, but he just thinks about the good of Elena or Stefan or himself without considering the others. He’s ready to sacrifice innocents just to make sure people he cares about lives. He’s impulsive. He will kill if he feels like it. He kills without reason at first but now he’s slowly becoming the good one but still goes back to his old ways sometimes. In short, Stefan was originally the bad one who eventually decided to be good and now he went back to his ripper days again. And Damon was originally the good one who went bad because of Stefan and now Damon is battling his inner demons about himself whether he is the good one or the bad one. I couldn’t really decide who has the upper hand when it comes to having a more positive personality because: Stefan could be the good one but sometimes, his “goodness” hinders him from doing things he’s supposed to do and Damon could be the bad one but his awesome badassness is actually sometimes the reason all the people’s asses in Mystic Falls are safe. 
• Elena. So let’s all face it, Stelena is meant to be. They have a positive effect on each other and they’re so good together so that’s pretty much it. But Delena’s also really good together but the difference is I think their chemistry will be gone if they actually ended up together. The brother’s girl thing that stops Damon from getting Elena I think is what makes their relationship special. It’s good how Damon still considers that despite his rashness and badness. And I love how Damon irritates the hell out of Elena most of the time on purpose. And I love how he’ll always go against her wishes and always annoy her. I love how Damon gets angry and lashes out at Elena and how he enjoys teasing her and making her angry most of the time and yet, all of us still know how much he loves her.
• Friendships. Stefan could be a really good friend especially to Caroline and Bonnie and other people in Mystic Falls and it’s kinda expected that he would be sincere towards them. Nothing really to talk about. But Damon, most of his friendships are unexpected. Damon having friends is unexpected in the first place but hey, he has friends alright. Firstly, his friendship with Elena is really unexpected because we all know that he did a lot of stuff to hurt her but in the end, they’re still friends. Despite their constant bickering and arguments and quarrels, they’re still friends. And most especially, Damon’s friendship with Alaric. It’s the most unexpected friendship in the show. Alaric’s supposed to hate and kill Damon for turning his wife but they ended up as comrades for some weird reasons. 

Therefore, I conclude Damon’s better. Nuff said. Haha! JK! I’m not a judgmental person but once by biases are set, they wouldn’t change. For a long time. And I’d choose Damon over Stefan any day.

PPS. You don’t really have to agree with me but hey, Damon’s a god!

PPPS. In all honesty, I don’t have anything against Stefan.

I haven’t read the books and I don’t know what happens at the end but I really hope that they give Damon an ending that he rightfully deserves. I know he has like a 0.01% of ending up with Elena and I’m really okay with that because right from the very start, it was meant to be Stefan and Elena all the way and I know that Damon knows that too. But please writers, please give him an ending that makes him and all of us happy because I seriously don’t know what to do or what I’m capable of doing if he doesn’t get the right ending. He deserves an ending as equally good as everyone in the show does, even better. He’s the life of the show for crying out loud. So, happy ending for Damon please.

I think Elena could genuinely be herself whenever she’s with Damon and in my opinion, her smiles are brighter and wider whenever she’s with him.
